Using Care Connectors

By creating an account you agree to use Care Connectors to find care, offer care or list your services in a lawful and respectful way. You are responsible for the information you add to your profile and for the accuracy of your self-declared verification confirmations.

Accounts and verification

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details up to date. Where you confirm details such as a police check, NISCC registration, right to work or insurance, you confirm the information is accurate at the time you tick it. Care Connectors does not independently verify these confirmations.

Contact unlocks

Unlocking a member's contact details is a one-off purchase of a single profile's contact information. Payment is non-refundable once the contact details have been revealed. You agree to use unlocked contact details only to arrange care and not to pass them on or use them for marketing.

Our marketplace role

Care Connectors is a marketplace that helps members find each other. We are not the employer or provider of care, and we are not responsible for the care or services you arrange with another member. Always check references and any relevant background checks before arranging care.

Acceptable use

• Do not post misleading, unlawful or inappropriate content
• Do not use the platform to contact members for anything other than arranging care
• Do not share other members' contact details without permission
• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, so please review them occasionally. Continued use of Care Connectors after a change means you accept the updated terms.
